Remote-controlled aircraft are complex mechatronic systems whose in-flight performance is affected by dozens of overlapping variables, including factory calibration status, real-time wind conditions, pre-flight check details, user tuning adjustments, airspace electromagnetic interference, battery voltage fluctuation and pilot operation habits. Even a tiny deviation in any single link can be amplified during high-speed flight and lead to unforeseen outcomes, which is why crash incidents can rarely be attributed to a single simple root cause without full verification.

2. This category of product is not an ordinary consumer electronic device that can run with zero risk right out of the box. Every new unit requires the operator to complete secondary fine-tuning and test flights adapted to their own operation habits and local flight environment. It is a widely acknowledged industry consensus that no manufacturer can provide full, unlimited guarantee for flyaway and crash scenarios, as these high-risk flight outcomes contain multiple uncontrollable factors outside original factory quality.

3. Our formal warranty policy only covers verifiable inherent manufacturing defects of the product itself. For a crash case to be processed under warranty, we require complete supporting evidence to confirm the failure was directly caused by original factory issues — such as onboard flight log data, full crash footage, and disassembly inspection results that prove factory-level flaws like internal ESC short circuit, factory welding failure or native firmware bug. 

4. We cannot provide warranty coverage or bear any joint and several liabilities for any additional equipment mounted on the product, and our warranty policy only applies to our own products.
